With the issue of "Islamic State" and the necessity of youthfulness, the way of interacting with the elderly in the organization and the proportion of their use is one of the management challenges of the day. Does the concept of rejuvenation mean aging? How to manage the risk of generation gap in the organization? What should be the ratio of young people and old people in the organization? This is where the concept of retirement can be examined from this point of view. The present research aims to investigate the concept of retirement in the Quran by using the theme analysis method and by reviewing the thoughts of the supreme leader of the revolution, and by studying the Quranic life model of Mr. Habib bin Mazaher, to achieve a better understanding and explanation of it. One of the most important achievements of this research is the understanding of the interaction between young and old people in the organization and the position of each. In the religious approach, despite the fact that it is a time of weakness and incapacity, this does not mean sitting idle, and retirees can do important work alongside the youth and can be the focus of many activities.
