Identifying the unproductive activities of competing production is one of the necessary measures in the direction of developing national production and increasing domestic capacity, which on the one hand provides more opportunities for people to invest in the field of production On the other hand, it prevents fluctuations and challenges of non-production origin in productive fields. In the current research, which was conducted with a qualitative-quantitative method, While identifying these categories of activities in Abhar city, they were prioritized from the point of view of the production field activists of this city. In order to collect data, in addition to library and document studies, interview tools and questionnaires were used, and in order to classify the interviews, thematic analysis method was used, and to check the hypotheses, a two-sentence test was used. The results of the research show that buying and selling real estate is the most important non-productive economic activity is the competitive production that is used by the producers of this city, while the problems in the field of politics and governance, high risk and extensive cost of production are the three main factors of these people's investment in non-productive activities. It has been a production competitor.
