Human resource management is an important, complex, and continuous issue. The best HR managers are the most visionary and, at the same time, the most ethical; those who combine practice and experience call the future with superior human resources. The realization of human resource management based on ethics in organizations requires the correct definition of ethics, the examination of its requirements, and the detailed evaluation of the consequences of their implementation. For this purpose, the need for a precise definition of human resource management ethics in Islamic organizations is felt. The current research, based on the knowledge mapping approach and using VOSviewer and R software, deals with the bibliographic review of the research done in this field. In the following, after examining common concepts in the field of human resource management ethics, including utilitarianism ethics, ethics of rights and rights, ethics of distributive justice, ethics of care, and ethics of virtue, it reviews the concept of ethics in the management of truth-oriented human resources. Therefore, according to the reference of the concept of right to the monotheistic approach, it is stated that truth-oriented ethics is God-like and God-centered ethics, whose necessity is felt in the management of human resources of organizations.
