The realization of human resource management based on ethics in organizations requires the correct definition of ethics, the examination of its requirements and the detailed evaluation of the consequences of their implementation. For this purpose, the need for a precise definition of human resource management ethics is felt in order to progress and develop Islamic organizations. Therefore, the current research, based on the knowledge mapping approach and using VOSviewer and R software, deals with the bibliographic review of the research done in this field. Then, the examination of common concepts in the field of human resource management ethics, including the ethics of utilitarianism, the ethics of right and rights, the ethics of distributive justice, and the ethics of virtue, deals with the comparative study and re-examination of the concept of ethics in the management of Truth-oriented human resources. In this regard, according to the reference of the concept of truth to the monotheistic approach, it is stated that Truth-oriented ethics is monotheistic ethics, which is felt necessary in the management of human resources of organizations. In general, by observing ethics in the path of truth, concepts such as promotion, advancement of position and change of career path of people are proposed in such a way that people have sufficient motivation to carry out the organization's affairs.
