In order to explain the lived experiences of bank employees as a hardworking sector of the country's citizenship community regarding factors influencing organizational indifference, the researcher, through a qualitative study using a combined phenomenological approach, identified these factors and developed a model for reducing or managing this phenomenon. The factors and obstacles of organizational indifference were examined and studied in three structural, behavioral, and environmental contexts, and in both negative and positive conditions through interviews with several experts, managers, and scholars of the banking system. The structural context refers to organizational measures and managerial actions related to organizational mechanisms aimed at preventing and reacting to the occurrence of indifferent behaviors among employees. The second context encompasses behavioral factors, which control the personal and psychological characteristics of employees and, from a cognitive perspective, help the organization manage organizational indifference. Finally, the environmental context is shaped from outside the organization and within the framework of organizational decision-making. These factors consist of goals, policies, laws, regulations, and instructions that officially guide and lead managers in managing employee indifference.
